Pedal (almost) pusher
I'm getting so close to being tall enough to ride my bike. My feet reach the pedals, but not enough to push them all the way around. I still like going on the bike and scooting around using my feet. Mommy says I look like Fred Flinstone when I do that. (I looked him up. I don't think it is a good thing.) As long as mommy lets me go fast down hills on my bike, she can call me whatever she wants.

Cat rescue fail
I played fireman today with David. We drove all over town. We were going to save some cats from trees, like the fireman on Curious George, but David was driving really fast and he didn't like to stop. I kept saying, "David, meow," but he just kept driving. I sure hope those cats got home.

Clean up in booth 18
Eating spaghetti is the best...but it is slow. I can get the spaghetti on my spoon, but by the time I get the spoon to my mouth, half of the spaghetti is on my shirt or the floor. That must be why the restaurant gives such big bowls of spaghetti. When taming (that means to control) the slippery stuff gets too tough, I just use my hands. It is much better.

Tree time
I only thought trees were outdoors, but my friends Vivianna and Lucia have a tree in their house. Today they let me help them decorate it. We put on bears and balls and a monster and red beads and this silver shiny stuff. It was so fun. Did you know baby brothers go on top of the tree? It's true, that's what they did with their baby brother, Gabriel. Well, they didn't leave him up there long, because he was crying. He gets sad. I kept asking why is the baby sad, but no one knew. I think he was sad he couldn't help decorate. It's OK. Don't be sad Gabriel.

Present etiquette lesson
It's Hanukkah--Yay!!! I get presents and we light candles and sing songs. Whenever I see candles I sing happy birthday mommy. (He he he). But Hanukkah is different than birthdays because you don't get to blow the candles out. And, we don't have any cake. But there are lots of presents. I'm careful opening each one. You should always say "ohh, ahh" as you open a gift, even if you don't want it. That's just being polite (that means nice). When you don't want something, you just give it back and say, "Lexi no want this. Nother one." It works everytime.
Happy Hanukkah everyone! |

Book licker
I'm a big reader. (I can also be a big book ripper, but shhh, don't tell mommy that. It makes her mad.) I find the better a book tastes, the better it reads. How do I know how book's taste? I lick my finger after every page. My favorite is the Mickey book. It tastes like cheese.
