Your tribe is showing

If it wasn't already official that I'm a member of the tribe, it is now. I got my first taste of hummus tonight and it was yummmmy! I couldn't stop dipping pita and licking my fingers. And, apparently, well at least according to mommy, I have these things called peyos (it means sidecurls) growing from my head. I guess I can't really complain. Peyos do seem to be better than jair, another type of Jewish hair that many people complain about on the web. Who am I kidding, any hair would be awesome!

Where have you been hiding this stuff and why?

Party of three

I was so excited to see mommy when she came home (and not just because I was hungry). I hugged her, looked at her, hugged her, looked at her and hugged her again. I like it much better when we are a party of three.

Daddy-Daughter weekend

Mommy went away this weekend so it was just me and daddy today. We took the train to the Museum of Science and I got to run around a lot. A few times I got overwhelmed and dropped down to the floor, cried and wailed my arms. But, other than that, it was a lot of fun.

One thing I noticed today is daddy feeds me a lot differently than mommy. Mommy feeds me yogurt, fruit and milk for breakfast. With daddy I just get a little fruit and milk. For lunch mommy gives me tomatoes and pasta and chicken and a cheese stick. Daddy gives me animal crackers and milk. I'm really hungry. I hope mommy comes home soon.

Pick your masterpiece

I've been doing a lot of arts and crafts at school lately. Here is my latest collection of masterpieces. Feel free to call dibs on any of them. Well, any of them except the fishes in agua. That's my favorite.

Pushy lady

I got another note home today that I am "aggressive and pushy" with my friends and that I "need to be nice." You know what I say to that: mine, mine, noooo!

Testing, testing 1-2-3

My buddy Curious George is always experimenting (that means trying different ways to do things) and that got me thinking. I should experiment ways to get what I want. I already know that if I cry it sometimes works, but not always. I decided to test being extra cute. For the last couple of days, I’ve been crossing my legs and leaning up against a wall when I ask for something. It totally works! Mommy and daddy say I look so cute and then give me what I want. This could be foolproof!

More apple please.

Laundromat playground

The laundromat is such a fun place. They have all these carts you can push. You get to watch all the clothes get really wet and then whirl round and round. If you stare too long you can get dizzy. I meet a boy there named Trevor. We chased each other around and around and around the machines giggling the whole time. Everyone else there looked pretty sad, but I had the best time.

Who can help me fold?
I see you Trevor. Here I come.
