I'm almost one

Do you know my birthday is on Sunday? I'm going to be one! Can you believe it? This year has gone by so fast! Can you believe I've written 208 blog posts. That's a lot of posts! Thanks for always coming back to read about my adventures. Who knows what the next year will have in store for me. Hopefully I'll start talking more, running, growing hair and who knows what else. But first we party hardy tomorrow!!! See you there.

Mommy tried to give me
pigtails. It kind of worked!

Budding bully

I got in trouble at day care again. Today when I was playing with my friends Iris and Vera, I guess I grabbed them by the back of their shirts by their necks and then I kind of pushed them over. I didn't mean to push them over or hurt them. I thought we were playing a game and sometimes I grab things or people for balance. My teachers put me in a special chair at school away from everyone else. I didn't like that at all. I'm going to try to not be so rough tomorrow. :(

Sunday funday

Today was awesome! We went to Lauren's 7th birthday party, I got my face painted, then we went pumpkin picking, and then shopping at my favorite store on Long Island. What more could a little lady ask for?

Which one should I pick?
All of these look like pretty pumpkins.
Cousins!
Check out my butterflies.
Family photo at Lauren's party. Looking good!

Slumber party

Tonight I'm having my first girl slumber party with my cousins Mya and Lauren. I can't wait. We started the day by going shoe shopping. I got TWO new pairs of sneakers (thanks Nana!). My foot grew 1.5 sizes in two months. That must be a record! I wonder what will happen tonight at the slumber party. I hope I get to play a lot of games and then cuddle to bed with someone, but I don't want anyone putting my hand in warm water when I'm sleeping so I pee in my sleep. Mommy told me this can sometimes happen at sleepovers. Oh wait, I already do pee in my sleep. He he he. Never mind. Bring on the games.

Whale of a bath tale

I'm not a baby anymore. I've graduated to the big tub. It is so much roomier! My only problem is all my toys float away so I spend a lot of time having to corral (that's a fancy word for collect) them. I also think it is pretty funny my butt gets to sit on a whale. At first I was nervous he was going to bite me so I was scared to sit down, but I learned he's a nice whale. I even farted on him and he didn't care. He he he.

Thanks for the discretion sticker, mommy.

Leader of the boppers

I had an impromptu (that means unplanned) dance party at school today. It started first with me practicing getting in and out of the chairs at the little table they have at school. That got my legs warmed up. They they put some music on and I just started bopping. All the teachers started cheering me on and I got my friend Vera to join. What a blast!

NJ love

Here's the New Jersey lowdown. The state is growing on me. I LOVED spending time with my Aunt Eleanor and Uncle Stanley. They let me roam all around their house touching things, they got me a special birthday cupcake to smash, they didn't yell at me when I threw food on the floor, and we started this special thing were we bang foreheads with each other. It's what I'm working on instead of "slutty" kisses. Oh, and at their house they have lots and lots of stairs. Boy did I love going up and down them. The funnest part was sticking my head through the railings and giggling. Uncle Stanley took a lot of photos, but he hasn't sent them yet. When he does I'll add them. Here are a few silly ones mommy took at break fast after temple. It was pretty late so I was running around like a crazy little lady.

You can't catch me!
See Lexi run - he he he!
