Hudson revisited

Remember Hudson, the boy who I had my first date with? Well, I ran into him at the park today. He has gotten so big. He's practically running these days and he gave me a ride all over the playground in his cart. We went down the slide together. We even shared a water bottle. This is why I like an older man. They know how to treat a little lady. Sadly, Hudson is moving with his family to New York next week. We may never see each other again. It's sad to think about that. I know I'll never forget him, my first friend.

Thanks for the lift, Hudson!
This went better than our first date.
Sliding is more fun with Hudson by my side.

Tattletale teachers

My teachers tattled on me. They told mommy and daddy that I pushed my friends out of the way today and that "I need to be nice!" Can you believe that? I'm always nice. Soooo yes, maybe I pushed a friend today, but it wasn't hard and it was just because I was trying to get something and she was in the way. I asked the friend to move and she just stood there. How many times was I suppose to ask? Geesh. I think I need some less sensitive friends.

Guess who got her first real pair of sneakers today? You'll never guess. Go ahead, guess. ME!!!

I'll take these...I'll take them all.

Look who's walking*

Check out my new trick! I've been thinking about walking and decided to just do it today. I did so many laps around the room that by the time mommy took a video I was pretty tired. Will you fly up and go shoe shopping with me now, Nana?

There will be blood

I had another doctor check up today. I'm still super, super tall. Two and a half feet (30 inches) tall to be exact. That puts me in the 97th percentile. I weigh 23 pounds 14 ounces, which is the 95th percentile.

I didn't get any shots today but I did have my first blood draw. I was really curious about it at first. There was a big blue chair with these fun armrests that I liked putting up and down. Then the blood taker lady tied this tight blue band thing around my arm. It was kind of like a bracelet, but I think I needed the next size because it was really tight. Where things went bad was when I got pricked by a needle, twice! Mommy said it happened twice because the blood taker lady missed my little vein (the thing that holds the blood) the first time. It hurt a lot at first, but once it was over I guess it wasn't so bad. And I got two stickers. :)

Always brush your teeth with toothpaste before bed. The more you know ...

I dropped my  toothbrush
