Fiery lady

I'm really warm and I have a runny nose and I cough a bunch. Daddy tried to give me this purple stuff in this weird thing he put in my mouth. I didn't like it so I spit it out. Yuck! I've never really been sick before. This is no fun. :(

Art aficionado

I had so much fun at the art show today. Everyone kept telling me what a good painter I am. I'm pretty modest so I just smiled and giggled at the compliments. While watercolors are fun, my favorite medium (that means what I use to make art) is drool. I'm getting pretty good at making interesting patterns with my drool on my shirts and floor. If I get enough examples together maybe I can open an exhibit. In the meantime, my watercolor art is on display in Brookline for the next month. Swing on by and check it out.

Art show on

My art show is still on today. It will be indoors because of the rain. Make sure to RSVP here so I have enough rolls for everyone. I can't guarantee I won't eat yours if you are late. :)

Da-da's birthday

Today is daddy's birthday! Yeahhhh! I can't wait to go out and celebrate tonight. I was too excited to wait to give daddy his birthday present today, so I gave it to him on Friday. Want to know what it is? Well, I've been working on saying da-da out loud and I finally did it. It's my first official word. Now I go around saying da-da, da-da, da-da, da-da all day. Daddy laughs a lot and teases mommy that I'm not saying ma-ma. It's just so much harder to get ma-ma out. In honor of daddy's birthday, here are some of my favorite photos of me and daddy.

Simply zen

I occasionally like to sit quietly, relax and clear my mind. Daddy calls it meditating. Sometimes I think about nothing. Other times I imagine things like what my stuffed octopus would say if he could talk or all the things I could grab if I had all those hands. 

Shhh. I'm meditating.

Mean girls (not really)
